Where does Baby Teith ship to?
We can ship to virtually any valid address in the world. We ship within and outside of the United States through USPS. Learn more about shipping.

When is my order shipped?
In-stock items are typically packed and shipped within two business days. In peak times of sales, promotions, or product launches, processing times may take up to five business days. If you need your items by a certain date, you may indicate this in the 'notes' section at check out. This will allow us to prioritize your order if needed. For orders labeled as "pre-order" in the product's title, please review the item's description for shipping date.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days if standard shipping is selected and 1-3 business days if you choose to upgrade your service to Priority Mail. Learn more about shipping.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use the United State Postal Service to keep shipping rates down and ship the most efficient way.

How do I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking to update. International orders are tracked only for their duration within the US. After the order has left the US, tracking will no longer show it's location.

My order is marked 'Delivered' on the website when I track it, but it is not in my mailbox. Is it missing?

 I'm sorry that your package is appearing to be missing. Here's what to do if your package is shown as delivered but you can't find it.

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

What are your shipping rates?
Our website automatically calculates the USPS shipping rate based on the weight and destination and will be stated on the checkout page after shipping address has been added. International shipping can range from $5-$40USD, depending on factors previously mentioned.

I live in the UK. Is there a custom's fee?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. We can not mark your package as a gift, or a lower value, as this is illegal, sorry!



How do I change or cancel my order?
Please notify us within 6 hours if you would like to change or cancel your order.

How do I return my order?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps listed on the Returns page within 30 days of delivery. All items purchased with code WINTEREND18 are final sale.

Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges are not offered at this time. This is to make the return process more accurate and to better serve you. Since our items sell out quickly, we feel it is better to issue store credits for returned items -- which can then be used to purchase a different size or item that is in-stock at that time.

I received an item that is damaged.
Very sorry to hear that! We take pride in the quality of our items. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@babyteith.com and we will offer a prepaid return shipping label for any defective items and we will replace the item as quickly as possible.

My order is a gift being sent to someone. Can you add a note for me?
Thank you for choosing to gift our items! We can definitely add a note and remove price listed on the invoice. Please leave instructions in the 'notes' section at checkout.

Which items are my coupon code good on?
All coupon codes are valid on regularly priced items only unless other rules are mentioned. All items purchased with code WINTEREND18 are final sale.



How do I enter a gift card or discount code?
On the last page, before  "complete my purchase" there will be two boxes where you can enter your discount codes or gift card code. Once you have entered either of these codes click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Only one code may be applied per transaction.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Shopify Pay and Apple Pay.

We suggest you make sizing decisions based on our size chart since children grow at different rates. Please view our size chart and feel free to contact us if you still have questions.

How should I wash my Baby Teith item?
Please follow care instructions listed on the item's care tag, which is also mentioned on the item's listing page. We suggest that all of our tees are washed inside-out to maintain the graphic's vibrancy and items made from our holographic foil material is hand washed in cool water and hung dry.

Where are your products made?
All of our high-quality cut and sew items like leggings and dresses are proudly made in the USA by a group of amazing women. We source American made materials and blank tees as much as we can, but occasionally our blank tees come from an American company who make their tees over-seas.

You're out of the item that I would like. When will you restock?
While we try to restock our best sellers every month, there are times when products do get phased out to make room for the new! You can sign up to be notified if and when we do restock the item you're after by selecting the size on the drop-down menu of the product listing and clicking the 'Notify me when available' button.

 Do you make bigger sizes? I have a 10 year old!
Thanks for asking! We have extended some of our tees to size 12 and are currently working on extending our dresses and leggings to size 12 as well. We hope to have the sizing tested and ready by holidays this year (2017)!

Can you make me a custom dress?
I'm sorry, we do not make custom items.
