Refund Policy
Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding items purchased on sale or using a discount code) can be returned WITHIN 14 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. Baby Teith does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. All returns must be submitted via our RETURNS PORTAL.
RETURN CRITERIA:
Clothing must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost.
RETURN PROCESS:
Once your return(s) is submitted through our returns portal HERE, it will be in review. After your return is approved by Baby Teith, you will receive a follow-up email with the return instructions and shipping address. Please make sure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back to Baby Teith.
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Baby Teith. Baby Teith does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged, or it was a mistake on our part). We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
STORE CREDIT:
Once we receive your return back at Baby Teith, it will be processed for store credit within 3-5 business days. Store credit is for the amount you paid for the items you are returning. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not have an expiry date.
REFUNDS:
We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. No exceptions. Only store credit is issued for eligible items.
EXCHANGES:
Due to the fast-selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.
