Job Title: Production Assistant
T-Shirt Printing and Shipping

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a heat press to print t-shirts, as well as handling packing and shipping processes. In addition to these primary tasks, there is also the potential to create engaging social media content. This is a part-time position with the possibility of evolving into a full-time role. The role offers opportunities for learning and growth, including assisting with marketing initiatives and remote work in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a heat press to print designs on t-shirts according to established guidelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and package t-shirts for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist in organizing inventory and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• If time permits, contribute to the creation of engaging social media content.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols when operating equipment and handling materials.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating a heat press or similar printing equipment is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and communication purposes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.
• Creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to contribute to social media content creation.
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities.
