Frequently Asked Questions

We print your tees just for you! Our tees and most of our goods are printed to order which is a much more sustainable production process that allows us to minimize waste and offer inclusive sizing. Because of this, please allow 5-14 business days for your order to be processed, printed and then shipped.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before it is submitted as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double + triple check that all details are correct!

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away and we will do our best to change it *before* it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible. 

Please make sure you want your item before you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to our made to order model. Chances are your order is already in production and getting ready to head your way!

Shipping is via USPS first class mail or USPS priority mail. International orders are also shipped via USPS but can take up to 3 weeks transit time depending on your country's customs process.

You will receive an automated email from us with your tracking information. If you can't locate the email, please check your spam folder.

Please note that we are not responsible for additional VAT or customs fees that may be added when entering countries other than the USA. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Baby Teith is not responsible for lost, stolen or late packages. Once the tracking information indicates "delivered” Baby Teith is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking.

Please make sure the code has applied before completing check out. Discounts, sales and promotions cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined.

Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding items purchased on sale or using a discount code) can be returned WITHIN 14 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. Baby Teith does not offer refunds, only store credit. All returns must be submitted via our RETURNS PORTAL.

Please report any damaged items within 5 days of receiving the item. To report a damaged item, please visit the RETURNS PORTALIf you contact us 5 days after receiving a damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Many of our styles will have a different fit. Individual sizing and measurements will be found in the description section of each design.

All of our products are machine washable on any cycle. To keep the prints looking fresh it is recommended to wash on a cold inside out on a delicate cycle and hang dry.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Payments, Afterpay, and Baby Teith E-cards.  We cannot change a payment method once your order is placed.

Afterpay and Shoppay have a minimum order requirement of $35. Once your order is placed using Afterpay, we are not responsible for your payment agreement. You can find more info HERE.
