How has parenthood changed you? What obstacles do you face as a parent? Any advice you'd like to give to new parents?
It has for the most part changed me for the better. I am more patient and understanding but my anxiety is off the charts now. Advice for new parents would be to take the first few months and soak it up because when they start moving they turn in to freight trains that take everything with them.
We'd love to learn more about your interests! Among your friends and family, what are you most known for? What are you obsessed with?
Either making jewelry or doing makeup. I don’t have as much time or space to make the jewelry anymore. I love to make people feel beautiful with makeup though. I’m glad that I can pass my knowledge about it on to other people to use every day.
We'd love to learn more about your children! What about them makes you the most proud? What are they obsessing over at the moment? Do they have their own sense of style? If so, where do you think that comes from?
For my daughter I’m most proud of how weird and herself she is. She’s only 3 but doesn’t give a crap what any one thinks of her and I hope she never loses that. Her style is “punk princess” literally. She will wear a frilly pink dress or a princess dress with her jean vest and a pair of vans. My son is almost 2 and becoming quite the actor. I hope he isn’t shy when he grows up so he can use that skill. He doesn’t really have much of a sense of style yet, he just wears what I choose for now.
