This Fourth of July, we've asked Rebel Mom Lilly Clausen for her list of top small shops based in the U.S. Not only is she a Baby Teith Brand Rep, but she is also an avid small shop supporter. Below is her mega list of small shops!
"Today, I would like to share several small American businesses. All of these entrepreneurs, mainly moms, chose to follow their dreams and let their creativity and passion guide them.
Shopping small means you support someone like you or your neighbor’s dream, not a CEO’s. Some of these shops have been around a while, some are new. Some have small followings, some have big. Some items are handmade, some are upcycled. Some of these are printed at home, some are not. Some are designed, some are curated. But they are all super rad."

Paraben and cruelty-free makeup and tools from Pennsylvania. They describe themselves as “colorful and creative cosmetics for your every desire.” I’m currently swooning over: the Euphoria matte liquid lipstick.
Bun in the Coven Cothing
Spooky stuff for mums, kids, and mummies to be. Yep, that right, some ghoulish maternity wear is finally available. This brand has it all and it’s real cute and real spooky. I’m currently swooning over: the I can’t spell tees.
Discount Cemetery
T-shirt and accessories that are inspired by punk rock, horror, sci-fi, and all around weirdness. “Do you believe Halloween never has to end?” Well, they had me at Halloween never has to end. I’m currently swooning over Discount Cemetery logo - Orange x Black.
Free the Mother
This shop has t-shirt’s with such a great message. Freeing mamas of all the stigmas surrounding motherhood, be it public breastfeeding, mental illness or wearing a bikini post-baby. “Mothers should feel free.” I’m currently swooning over Hold Babies, Not Grudges - Olive tee
FOXBLOOD
Women-owned, LA-based store for your everyday goth needs. All black, all amazing, and totally wearable clothing and accessories. I’m currently swooning over Pixie Goth Dress.
Ghoulbabe
Spooky store conjuring their haunting creations in Salem, Oregon. Offering everything from T-shirt’s, phone cases and jewelry to custom orders. This shop has everything to satisfy your ghoulish little heart. I’m currently swooning over Ghoul Gang - unisex tee.
Little Oceans
This store is all about empowering other moms and supporting mental health and postpartum journeys. The messages are so powerful and important no matter what subculture you belong to. I’m currently swooning over My emotions matter onesie.
Love pollution
Accessories brand est. 2016. They are also retailers of Lethal Cosmetics, and a few other great alternative brands. A site where you can find jewelry, accessories, beauty, and everything in between. I’m currently swooning over Queen of Hearts Disney ears.

Rattlehead Crafts
For the strange, unusual and deceased. This LA-based shop has all sorts of weird and odd stuff, ranging from IT shirts and all the Beetlejuice merch our dark little heads could desire. I’m currently swooning over Handbook for the Strange.
Scrunchies by Helrac
Handmade scrunchies for all your darkest and most geeky desires. Reasonably priced and made with love, these scrunchies are giving all the Halloween and 90s vibes. I’m currently swooning over Halloween pattern.
Seance perfumes
Haunting scents, Victorian burial feels and an aesthetic that is literally to die for. They have it all handmade, women-owned and cruelty-free. All made with essential oils that not only smell great but are also safe for you and the environment. I’m currently swooning over Our Darling Necklace.

This store describes themselves as handmade retro delight for the strange, and I am here for it. Anything from fabric pumpkin bags, to cool pins. This is a Halloween delight. I’m currently swooning over harvest eclipse pin.
